My time spent with Olivier as my coach has been an incredibly helpful and fascinating experience. He has an exceptional ability to actively listen and empathise with wherever the conversation led which created a real sense of understanding in a non-judgemental environment. He really gave me the space to pour out a stream of consciousness but also skilfully steer the conversation back on topic. He has really helped me not only figure out and set goals for the future but equip me with some tools to help me continue to navigate those tricky decisions when they will inevitably rise again.
